We are extremely satisfied with the service of our good friend Amana. He was very professional, social and pleasant. He had an eye for detail and was extremely customer-oriented. Moreover, he is a reliable person, since he has saved us many times from useless expenses. He often also asks about the personal preference of the customer, what you like to see/eat/do etc and takes that into account. Amana was very punctual and always picked us up from the hotel on time, in very clean and well maintained vans. He also enjoys regularly explaining the history of Zanzibar, its nature, and its culture. The activities we have booked: safari blue, visit to Stonetown, sea turtle aquarium, horse riding, sunset on Nungwi beach, swimming with dolphins, visit to Mnemba island, visit to Prison Island, visit to the sandbanks Pungume and Nakupenda, snorkeling at beautiful corals. All activities were top organized, with reliable employees of Amana. You had lunch at each activity, consisting of a BBQ seafood with all kinds of fish (lobster, prawns, squid, etc). Exotic fruit was also always provided (watermelon, pineapple, mango, banana, coconut, etc). We booked our safari and all the tours in Zanzibar with AG Tours. Amana, our guide, was incredibly kind and attentive ensuring that every detail of our trip was perfect. From the moment we were picked up he provided us with high-quality service, carefully managing every aspect from transportation to excursions and meals. Amana not only guided us through Zanzibar's breathtaking sights but also prepared for us delicious meals. His knowledge of Zanzibar and its people was extensive and he shared fascinating insights that deepened our understanding of the island's rich culture and history. Out of generosity, Amana even took the time to teach us some Swahili enhancing our connection with the local community. His warmth and dedication made our holiday truly unforgettable. AG Tours & Safaris, was recommended to me by a friend who approached a number of tour operators but found the friendliness and clear communication with Amanah the owner more pleasant. He personally came to the resort to discuss the excursions again. Amana is very good person and guide company. We done together prison island, Nakupenda island, spice farm, Mnemba island and dolphin tours. Everything is very safety and friendly. A friend recommended Amaanah from AG Tours and Safaris. Amaanah was responsive, helpful and accommodating. Ahead of our trip I watsapped him to make arrangements to fetch us from the Zanzibar airport he was quickly responsive and accommodating when our flight times changed. Even at 1am in the morning. He took us to our hotel in Nungwi which is quite a long drive when travelling with 3 young kids. He was kind and understanding and drove very carefully knowing we had young kids. We booked a stone town and spice farm tour as well which again was on time and tour guides were accommodating. Very professional 👏 thank you for the service.
